New Supreme Court Rule

Continuing Legal Education

Thanks to our CLE Coordinator Ronald Sutton's efforts over the past few months, the Bar Association of Niagara County is now the named CLE Provider in Niagara County, taking over all responsibilities for the CLE Program established in Niagara County Surrogate's Court in 1996. Four years ago Ronald Sutton added the BANC as a co-sponsor of the Court's March Madness Seminar Series in the hopes of eventually turning over the program to the Bar. Mr. Sutton has now accomplished that and has also renewed CLE Provider Status for another three years; provided that we continue to comply with all of the CLE Board's Rules and Regulations.

Given the transfer of CLE functions, and because Easter is in the middle of March this year, we will be doing two seminars at the end of March and beginning of April, and two more later in the year in October.

You may register for either or both of these courses by sending your check, payable to the BANC with a note advising of the course(s) you wish to attend. These seminars are continuing to be offered at cost for BANC Members with 10 day advance registration. It pays to be a BANC Member.
